Slight lack of balance plus headaches

I've noticed this for over a month and I'm a bit concerned. Whenever im at work or out in public (mostly at work) I have prolonged periods of dizziness/slight lack of balance, plus aches in my back, and I think everytime it might be a stroke in the making or aortic aneurysm. I've been diagnosed with GAD though I don't know if it's due to that or stress. I'm 26 and below 170 lbs.

I have all your symptoms except the aches in my back. I get reoccurring headaches and all the other symptoms you listed. I feel your pain and I have the exact same fears as well. If you need someone to talk to, I’m always here. 🙌🏽 You’re not alone. I am 17 years of age and this is not letting me complete my school work, I always fear the worst. I was starting to think I was the only one. Does your dizziness stem from hyperventilating? Mine does not.

No it doesn't. I do t get it when I'm at home. Whenever I step out of the house, that's when it starts.

Same here, I never have bad symptoms at home. I only get my symptoms when I’m laying around doing nothing. But when I go to school, I have terrible headaches. I always worry that I’m dying slowly, BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! Stay positive and think good things... if your symptoms come and go like mine, it needn’t be a cause of concern. If there was something wrong with us, our symptoms would worsen and stay that way for a while. The symptoms don’t come and go. Hope you feel better, I am here if you want to talk!

General anxiety disorder and stress go hand-in-hand. Your symptoms are very common with stress and anxiety. I had those plus many more in my 20s from long-term stress and anxiety. I always recommend anyone to have a check up with their doctor  when they have new symptoms so that they can have peace of mind. It’s coincidental that you get the symptoms when you’re working or out in public both of which can produce anxiety and stress. Speaking with a counselor can help.  symptoms related to stress and anxiety is your body‘s way of telling you that something has to change. Start eating healthier, exercise: stay social and active.  Do things that make you feel happy, laugh and smile. Listen to some meditations for anxiety on YouTube.

Me being a hypochondriac too doesn't help, either. I keep thinking every Nick and twinge in my body is something serious, even though I've gotten a clean bill of health from the hospital when I went in in March, due to a panic attack that I thought was a heart attack. Now I'm afraid of having a stroke or an aortic aneurysm because my head feels heavy and I just feel....detached, not only that but my back has started aching a couple weeks ago.

Not only that but I've been feeling aches in my temples as well as cluster headaches on my right eye and brow, seasonal allergies are not helping things either, though allergy meds seem to have helped somewhat.

I feel horrible. I feel like I can't do the things I enjoy without fear of dying or something else bad happening.

When I used to work as a teenager. I used to have blackouts Like fainting spells. I didn't fully lose consciousness but everything would go black and I'd lose control of my legs and fall. They would say it was blood pressure or something. I also have a lot of reactions to things such a strong smells strong lights etc I can get lightheaded and dizzy at any time especially when exposed to any strong smell. I can NOT go into bath and body works or yankee candle company store as I have had a FULL BLOWN attack where I thought I was going to die. AWFUL. I think mostly we have ''stress reactions'' from certain triggers whatever your trigger may be..smells, flickering lights loud noises? whatever it may be it causes your body to react in a stressful way which causes all those symptoms. It's all real and scientific .
