Slight pain on the fracture area nine weeks after fracture

I fractured my fibula about nine weeks ago. There was no surgery. I spent five weeks in a boot and one more week in an ankle brace. I was FWB after five weeks.

I have been doing physio for about two weeks now.

I'm still feeling slight pain on the fracture area especially during long walks and when doing some of the exercises that my PT gave me. Is this normal? The pain is quite mild and not persistent, but I do occasionally feel small "stitches" deep on the fracture area.

The fracture area is not sore and I can easily touch or even gently press/squeeze it with my hand.

Is this anything to get concerned about?

I am several months out from a torn tendon in my ankle. It was recommended to do surgery after a month in a boot  + PT didn't help. I decided to try regenerative medicine (PRP) which said it'd take 6-12 weeks. It's 9 weeks out now and I still have pain even tough I am doing PT. Now the achilles tendonitis has set in. UGH.

We have different types of injuries. Mine was a fractured fibula.

I can walk without feeling even a mild pain in the fractured area, but certain stretches and movements cause a mild stitch/sting in there.

5 months, pain still exists to some degree, it's very normal.
