Slight tightness in my right chest for a couple of years

I'm 41 years old male. I had asthma when I was young but I don't have typical asthma issues any more. Four years ago I was diagnosed with slight stomach hernia. I have been also diagnosed with chronic gastritis last year and had same bad reflux episodes over past 4 years. Just to get my formal diagnoses out there.

I also get this strange tightness feeling/pressure in my forehead from time to time that lasts from a few days to a few months, over the last 4 years.

About a year when I had my last bad reflux episode (burned mouth and esophagus for two months) I also developed a slight wheeze in my right lunge for about three months, than it went away.

Now, to my real issue... all this time, for almost four years, I'm also feeling this slight tightness in my right chest - it's appearing in a half circle manner from the bottom rib to the middle of the chest back to the right arm... that's the best way I can describe it. But it's not appearing in all areas all the time. Sometimes it's just on the bottom rib area, sometimes it's on the top and sometimes it's the whole thing.. but it's always somewhere, albeit sometimes it's really hardly noticeable and some weeks it's really noticeable. In general, it's much more noticeable when I'm sitting down and almost not noticeable when I'm standing up, even today. Also, there's a point about 3 cm from my right nipple to the lest and up that burns a little from time to time, like a few times per month. Also, lately, I feel a slight tingling on the back like a few times per month, for about few minutes, than it goes away.

Until now, I accounted this and all my other described symptoms to my digestive issues with reflux, stomach hernia and gastritis, since chest tightness can be attributed to this sometimes. But today, when I exhaled really strong and quick with my hand on the right chest and I felt some parts of the right part of lungs (probably or at least in the same area), where the tightness appears, I don't know how to describe it better, vibrating a little bit. What could that be?

I mentioned the tightness to my doctor over the years a few times but she always dismissed it because my poor posture and a bit too straight spine. But this lunge vibrations/noise - although just when I exhale really really really fast and strong, not when I breath normal or even breathing faster or deep - got me scared. Any idea, what's going on here? Did anybody have the same symptoms? I will go to the doctor with all this but these days with Corona it's hard to get an appointment, so I just ask this here now to get a little bit more information. Sorry for my lengthy description, I just wanted to encompass everything.

you mention a stomach hernia, are you referring to a hiatus hernia? there are different types of hernias so that is why I am asking. I guessed hiatus as you mentioned reflux. What are you doing to treat the reflux? medication, or lifestyle changes or both?

The pollen count has been particularly high this year which may be a reason for the wheezing and vibrating sensation. Have you seen a specialist regarding your breathing? Have you had any tests? If you have suffered with asthma before maybe it would be a good idea to see a specialist if have not already seen one. Are there any lifestyle changes you have made since the wheezing symptoms have happened for example have you had a new pet or been around an animal? Or maybe been around a newly decorated place for example a freshly painted place or have you been around any varnishes or strong smells?

      Yes, I meant hiatus hernia.

The wheezing only appears when I exhale extraordinary fast and hard, not when I breath normal or even deep. And it appears only where I described, on the right side. And the tightness is there all the time for all those years, it's just that there are periods when I feel it more and periods when I feel it less.

I mentioned this to my doctor a few times but she always attributed it to other things - posture, reflux, etc. I had a few specialist examinations but never for my lungs. I had it for my esophagus and stomach. In general I don't have any trouble with breathing.
