Slight urethra pain

Hi all,

A few weeks back I went to my doctor and was diagnosed with epidimytis. And possible chlamydia. I was prescribed doxycycline which cured all pain from my testicles. After finishing my 10 days of antibiotics, recently it feels as if my urethra is burning/ Enflamed. Nothing unbearable just uncomfortable. No discharge. No painful urination. Any idea what this could be? I feel like it’s all in my head. I’m not sure if I should return to the doctor or not
