Does anyone know if these are ok with the tablets? If not can anyone recommend another low fat chip? Really fancy steak and chips tonight. Thanks

I have weight watchers chips, they're 3g fat per 100g cooked weight

I tend to put about 135g frozen in (as they weigh more frozen) once cooked they weigh about 100g

I tend to eat Mccain rustic oven chips, they are nice and chunky with skins on for that extra fibre and I've never suffered with side effects - but of course everyone is different.

Based on 100g oven cooked - fat 2.3g, sat fat 0.3g and cals 136

    Enjoy! :D

I got Tesco's healthy choice ones, 2.9 g fat per portion so I'll see how I go with these. Slimming World ones are only 0.9g fat per portion which would be better but didn't get time to make them.

Thanks for all the advice, Jo x

OMG I so love the McCains rustic chips. A small plate of these with tomato sauce are a real treat for me and a highlight of my week when I have them for tea on a Friday.

Will have to look for these...over here in N.Ireland we don't seem to have as many slimming choices as you do in your supermarkets over there....will just imagine you gorging on these chips tonight.....actually, how MANY chips are in 100g....guess not many....maybe eat 200g???????? Anyway we're not going go count too much seeing its a weekly treat....enjoy!

can you get McCain micro fries? They are OK manly because the portion is so tiny.

quill drill I'm also in NI and couldn't find the weightwatchers chips anywhere, the Tesco healthy choices were lovely and big so a 125g portion was definately big enough, in fact I only ate 100g. Wouldn't eat them every night but nice for a treat x
