Slipt on wet floor

Hi everyone yesterday was pouring rain while walking up to the lifts thats in the foyer the lift that goes to my floor at work i slipt and fell on the foyer floor was wet so slipt on wet floor injured my back foot knee going to doctor tomorrow is there anything i can do do help pain and swelling

    Sorry to hear about your accident. The usual mantra is RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Take some paracetamol (panadol) for the pain. Do you suspect any broken bone? (Hopefully not)

    I do not know what it is possible to do besides having pain killers to ease the pain while waiting to see the doctor tomorrow, X-rays done, etc.

    Wish you may go through the night in a way you may have some rest.
