Slow Heart Rate while lying down

Hi im 44 year old female. Was diagnosed with Avnrt about 7 years ago. Had echo done all was fine and had 3 repeats every year all was good.Cardiologist told me to cut all caffeine out i did and since havent really had any issues. My question is Ive noticed that now my heart rate is dipping into the 50s while laying down to sleep. However i never realized before and have only been checking. because Ive been pretty anxious lately Is this normal? Should i be concerned? I am going to make appt with my doc on Monday just for peace of mind any response would be greatly appreciated
