Slow involuntary finger and hand movements at rest

I have posted on several forums for various conditions, trying to find someone with similar symptoms. I have had tremors for some time but for the past two years or so if at rest a finger, hand, or whole forearm will very very slowly move either up, down sideways etc. I don't think it's anything to do with gravity. The fingers will also individually tremble rapidly. The latter not at the same time as the slow involuntary movements. My feet and lower legs can also so this but not as frequently. There's plenty of info about tremors, and dystonia (which always seems to mean sudden jerky involuntary movements) but nowhere can I find reference to slow spontaneous involuntary movements. I don't think this is the same as slow movements in PD as mine are experienced when sitting still and not trying to do anything. Anyone out there heard or experienced feeling like a string puppet being manipulated in slow motion? Thanks.
