Slow moving viral infection?

I am so tired. I sleep like 14 hours a day. My psych doc wants me to talk to GP about a slow moving virus that could be causing my fatigue. Any ideas what it could be?

No idea what it could be--too little information. But I have an idea about what to do. Get a complete blood workup and any other testing that might be appropriate. A GP is a good place to start.

Hi Dozer; yes, sorry, I have to agree with Jackie.....no-one could give you any advice without further info....and yes, you do need to see your GP, and start with the basic/s tests......full bloods etc, and he/she will hopefully help you.....  we are sorry that this is all we can say/advise...but are wanting to know your results, and if come back with something that looks like we can help, please let us know? until then, keep researching your symptoms, and you may be able to "help" your GP  along, on the right path/s???winkBron

Never heard of it either.  I, too, would go with what Jackie said.  Once you know what your blood has to say, your GP can send you off to see other specialist and receive other tests.  Chin up!
