Slurred speech from anxiety or?!? Please help

Hi everyone
For the past week or so, ive had this unusual scary symptom. Whenever i speak, it feels like my jaw doesnt work right, like its slowed down or something which results in my speech being slurred. It gets even worse when i focus on it and try to speak fluently. Im really worried something is terribly wrong with me. So i need your help, need some reassurance. Could this
be from anxiety, can anyone relate?

It could be from anxiety if you have been feeling particularly anxious lately. I notice whenever I'm having a panic attack one of the symptoms I get is I have trouble speaking clearly. I tend to slur my words and I can't focus on what I'm trying to say.

Have you got a post anywhere of all the symptoms you've been having or have had in the past Phil? Merely curious because I seem to be getting a ton of physical symptoms the past 6-7 weeks.

I've posted some of my common anxiety symptoms on other questions on here recently. I feel like if you can name it ive had it hahaha unfortunately. My main ones lately are muscle tension in my neck/head, tight throat, lump in throat, and occasional dizzyness.

Oh dear! Yeah I seem to be getting everything under the sun, from eye floaters to night sweats.
My stomach issues and random pains to seem to have gone now though (Crosses fingers). When I've got the all clear from my ENT (trying to not think I won't) then I think I will make a thread of all the symptoms I've had.

I'm sure you will get the all clear from ENT! I have so far and I can't believe all of the symptoms I've had are just from anxiety.

I hope so! I do seem to have a blockage in my left ear, so I might need something doing to that, but that could be causing my balance issues I think.
Hopefully we can all find a way past this anxiety bs . I've always been a pretty nervous person, but had no idea you could get so many physical symptoms from what I used to think of as "just feeling anxious" it's pretty amazing.
