ok.... I did it again and smacked the heck out of the back of my head. Im totally freaking out because Ive had a few drinks and totally smacked the back of my head on the corner of the wall... of course thinking the worst.... like a brain bleed!!! I guess all I can do is look for symptoms. Ive gotten 3 ct scans for average bumps on the head.... Id hate to run to the er for a 4th... and should I say... in a 3 month span

Remember this! If you had a brain bleed chances are you would be dead by now or in a hospital getting specialist care. The fact your posting on a anxiety forum instead probly means you will be just fine.. Be more careful next time. Stop panicking take stock of the situation and enjoy your day!

Yeah youre fine trust me. I

hit my head all the time and I'm just fine.... At least I think 😂. And I have friends listen to metal and go to concerts where all they do is headbang and id think jarring your brain around back and fourth wouldn't be good but tons of ppl do it. Personally id never do it but yea. If anything were bleeding you would have had a concussion right after the fact. Try not to think about it too much

Not trying to sound me, but if you had a few drinks and banged your head, maybe you should stop the drinking. Especially if your taking medication for depression and /or anxiety. Sending you love

It don't matter how many times you bang your head still get it checked, you may have a hair line fracture or something worse, why leave it to chance.
