Small amount of pain under Men breast

I am a 23 old male and yesterday i had mild pain in my chest under my men breast. ,it came and go i had no other symptoms beside worrying about it ,before i went to before i talked t someone and the pain seem to go away ,now this morning i have just a itchy that comes and goes. and often a very tiny pain in my lower side ,that i can barely feel ,but i can still feel it. Also i do a lot of lifting at work ,heavy items like crates full of milk. Sometimes i get feel a very tiny on my lower back left side. I am worry about this and shaking.
