small area of pink discoloration on penis shaft

Hi, does anyone know what this pink spot on the penis is? Noticed it one day ago. There are no symptoms. It doesnt even look like the spot is raised, just seems like discoloration.

The pink spot is highlighted by the orange circle/arrow. The red dot beside it appears to be a mole and has been there for years.

I am not sexually active so it is not STD. Doesnt look like pimple as it is basically flat and there is no head/pus, and the edges also doesnt seem even (not circular).
