What you have is more than likely naturally present, and the most likely thing is they are Fordyce Spots, if you look them up most pictures will show really distinct spots or look similar to Sebaceous glands that are standing out because the skin is cold.
What you have is not so distinct and that is why you only notice them until you stretch your skin. In addition, these do not have the typical characteristics of herpes, Fordyce Spots are the most commonly thing mistaken for signs of STD / STI on the penis.
However, if you have been sexually active without using condoms at any time the only way to be 100% sure that you do not have an STD is to get tested ......

Thank you so much sir. My tip if the penis is aching i had flu for 1 week now its gone but evry time i pee it really hurts sometimes but no discharge. I had sex like 2 months ago

You could have a urine infection in the bladder or urinary tract. The easy thing to do is to ensure you drink plenty of water, if you drink lots of coffee this will further dehydrate you. When did you first notice the pain when you urinate.
If you have flu you also need to drink lots of fluids, of which water is the best main fluid to drink regularly. If you did not drink plenty of fluids when you had flu this could have created the situation for an urinary infection.
So the tip of your penis and the pain when you urinate, if you have an infection could have a link to the sex you had, but this is less likely.
When you had sex did you use a condom if you had penetrative sex? Did you have oral sex, only?
Essentially, if these symptoms do not start to go in the next two weeks see a Medical Professional ......

Last 3 months it did hurt already but i didnt had no symptoms that but just last 2 weeks it came back and then had a flu for 1 week now im fine. My penis skins are not in pain but the inside is.
Yeah i didnt use condom but it is not anal sex

For the pain inside your penis you will need to see a Doctor, it is likely you have a urinary tract infection. You need to get the problem correctly diagnosed and the correct medication for what you have .....
