Small brown circles on skin

In the shower ive just noticed two small light brown circles on my skin at the top of my stomach, they definitely look like new moles but they're perfectly circular and only one color. Theyre pretty close together, about 6 inches apart and one is closer towards my hip. Is this a cause for concern at all? At first i only noticed the one and choose to shake it off but then i seen the second one and im a little curious now. I've definitely never seen them before. If any info helps, i recently gotten some new stretch marks around this area as well so im wondering if it could be a pigment thing with that. anyone know what this could be?

    iv got somthing that sounds similer iv had it years i think its just a patch of pigmented skin mines a really light brown colour an i just have one patch its stayed the same since iv had it
