Small bulge/spot on penis glans

There is this small, slightly red bulge on the penis since 5 days, it doesn't itch or hurt. I dont even realise its there until i look at it or touch it. It feels like a little bulge when rubbing a finger across the glans. It doesn't seem to be changing in size or shape. Also, there is nothing wrong anywhere else on the penis or foreskin(uncircumcised). What could it be? Can it be a pimple? but are pimples common on the glans? imageplease refer to the attached image.
