six month ago, i had my teeth xray and cleaned. everything looked good. today i noticed on my back molar above the gum line, near the jaw bone, there is a small hard bump. i am freaking out! my tooth does not hurt at all. i only noticed this because i just happened to touch the area. im having a panic attack about this. is this normal? i dont know what this is.

Abrasion can cause this issue, eating acidic foods can also cause this. Not much to worry about, it usually goes down after a couple of weeks maximum.
