Small bump head of penis, tests negative

Small whitish bump by urethra, feels slight pain with friction sometimes but otherwise no symptoms. Possibly related, some single finger joint pain around the same time, possibly unrelated.

40 year old straight male

Unprotected in December, noticed symptom few weeks later, have since tested and gotten negative results for ghono, Chlamydia, syphilis, aids and herpes. Several rounds of antibiotics from doc and no change.

Has not gotten better or worse, ideas appreciated.image
