Small Bump in Pubic Region

I've had these two tiny bumps at the base of my penis for a few weeks now. I last had sex a little over a month ago and noticed a short while later. At first i thought it may just be a pimple or a hair bump but it has not gone away. There's no pain, or any breaking and leaking, and two weeks ago (Sep 29) i was tested for syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia all came back negative. Should i be concerned in any way?

      Who tests for that? A regular doctor or dermatologist? I haven't lived in my area long so not sure who to go to outside the public health clinic where i got my std exams.

      Go to any Sexual Health Service provider ...

    An update: Doctor told me it was just folliculitis, sent me to get a special soap and some medicated powder.
