Hi,

I am 26 year male. I had noticed a small skin coloured pimple near the base (corona) of penis head. Not sure what it is. It's not painful nor itch or ooze any liquid or blood. But it is really disturbing me mentally. I have not had sex till now. Can anybody help me out what it might be...image

Can you clarify, have you been sexually active .... ?

What you have could be a number of things - you will need to get this correctly identified by a medical professional ....

      Hi Wee_Dug,

Thank yob for taking time and replying to my message. No i haven't been sexually active. I got it examined by doctor. The response was it's nothing to worry about. It's just a pearly penile papule which sometimes appear like a small skin coloured bump which will be mistaken for hpv and etc etc....

in fact i also noticed that bump is not visible when it's not pressed or touched. It appears only when i forcibly try to press or touch while showering.

Yes, this is most often the case - things that develop naturally can be mistaken for things that should not be there.

In terms of the development of your penis, that that can naturally appear usually develop before the age of 28 or so, with 26 YOA being a typical age for things like papules, spots and glands to first appear. Although it is possible for these to develop for the first time up to around the age of 36 to 38.

If you were thinking of getting it removed to allay your concerns you would need to see a Urologist
