Small bump on foreskin

i have had this single small bump on my forekskin for at least 2-3 years now. if i remember correctly i used to get an irritation on this spot on days i would masturbate too much but that doesnt happen anymore. it has never itched or bled but occassionally it does get some very light, white stringy buildup that I can squeeze out. however it doesnt pop like a pimple or have feel like it has a seed.

this particular spot is also the spot that rubs on my boxers all day so in wondering if its related to friction? let me know what you think. could this be a genital wart?
