Small Bumps on Below Penis Head

Posted , 4 users are following.

I've been with my girlfriend for over 2 months now, and we have been sexually active since the early days. Given that she is on birth-control pills, we have been engaging in sex without any further contraceptives.

However, only last week (~6 days ago), I noticed a small bump in the inner side of my penis, under the head, which was otherwise painless and did not itch. There there was this spike of pain only while urinating or while having sex.

The pain subsided within 2 days. Only yesterday, did I notice multiple small bumps which pain only if I intentionally go and touch it and try to pull the foreskin backwards to check on it. No pain/itch otherwise. Images attached.

Concerned as what it could be. Any ideas?

As a side note, a week ago, during sex, I felt like I was dealing with a bit too much of vagina-penis friction.

yes it might have developed due to friction sore. You should use lube while having sex. and for now you should visit doctor otherwise swelling might increase.
