small bumps on penis head

I recieved oral sex it was ruff, after that encounter I left and went home to sleep. I did not clean up after the next moring I was cleaning my penis and noticed tthese really small bumps around my penis head and underneath the head. There is no pain when peeing or any discharge when ejactualating or peeing. I have never tested possitive for any std / sti. I have no iching or discomfort. Any help would be appreciated.

I have taken amoxicillin and cleaned the head with soap and hydrogen peroxide.

    Hello Mark ,

    What your seeing sound like pearly papules they usually appear just underneath the head. You've probably had them for awhile but just noticed them. Rest assured they're harmless and common. These are not any Sti. No Sti would present that quickly .

    Amoxicillin is an antibiotic and should not be taken just like that without prescription; causes antibiotic resistance.

    I see nothing out of the ordinary in your pictures .. Certainly not an Sti .

      By the way Rocky is 100% correct , don't use antibiotics as you could develop resistance to them . If you're body becomes conditioned to them , they will no longer work when you need them most.
