Were you previously able to fully retract your FORESKIN to expose the entire glans / head of your penis?

If you were previously able to fully expose your glans / head of penis you may have condition that is causing this problem.

Bumps on the penis glans / head are a normal part of every adult penis - what you may have is something or a combination of things the skin of your penis is in contact with that is irritating the bumps.

Most irritation is caused by regular use of soap and things like shower gel - try to wash with water only and ensure ALL the skin on your penis is fully dried after washing or following a shower / bath

An appropriate steroid topical ointment may help your penile skin to heal and recover - you may need to see a dermatologist or your GP may be able to help with this.

The outlet from the urethra is termed the Meatus, often it is difficult to determine what is normal and what has been caused by a health issue or skin problem, again a dermatologist would advise you on this, but you may need to see a urologist

i have never been able to expose my glans/head of the penis. The small bumps have been there for a while. they do not hurt or sting. i may just have irritation or too much sweat causing the bumps on the head and meatus.

It would be extremely unusual if you did not have the bumps on the head of your penis - every male has these. I have already detailed about soap and shower gel - wash your penis with water only and ensure the head is fully dried.

You can expose a good proportion of the head of your penis, if you did stretches regularly you should be able to expose the entire head of your penis after 2 to 5 months of stretching.

As I cannot post external web site addresses on here do a Search using the following terms:

If you think you have been at risk of ANY STD due to unprotected sex go get tested and have the bumps visually checked - then you will know
