Small bumps on the back of my hand

so ive got these bumps recently only at the back of both of my hands, at first i had maybe like a few but they multiplied over the past couple of days i do not know what this is or what to do.

initially these bumps were only on the back of my right hand, the half of the back of my left hand but now they are fully on the back of both my hands.

they are not itchy or painful, i never had and do not have skin condition and i didnt use anything out of the ordinary image

please help

    They look like milia which are tiny clumps of Keratin. They are very common on the backs of hands. They are not dangerous or infectious and dont pick at them. Try washing your hands thoroughly every night before bed , rinse thoroughly, dry and then work a good hand cream or an oat based moisturiser into them. Do this every night. That will help. Use a high factor sunscreen as well if you are in the sun a lot. If they spread up your arms or seem to be increasing at a fast rate then you need to see a doctor. You may have some sort of vitamin deficiency
