This seems to be a common issue with most women on here. Looks like a mild form of genital warts. You might want an OBGYN take a good look at it. Good luck.

is it by your opening too? Most say its VP, usually warts are cauliflower in appearance, but I'd still go to your Dr to be sure.

Apologies, but I keep asking this very straightforward question in this forum because it's quite relevant when people are worried if they have warts.
Have you had your HPV (Gardasil) vaccine shots? If you have, these lumps are unlikely to be genital warts because you would now be protected from HPV infection.
The fine grainy spots you've highlighted are vestibular papillomas (Google this) and nothing to worry about. They are too numerous and symmetrical to be genital warts.
