Small bumps/pimple on my foreskin

Recently noticed this and it's kind of freaking me out.

I haven't had unprotected sex. Just with m partner who I know is clean.

Please advice.

    From what I've been reading and seeing here, these spots appear to be fordyce spots and are nothing to be concerned about. But I would still have a doctor check them out to be sure. Good luck, and let us know what happens.

    Looks like its genital warts. They are sexually transmitted but the patients mostly have no signs and symptoms until they appear.  They may dissapear themself but the virus can not be eliminated in the blood stream.  However, its good to see a doctor.

    Hey, did you find out what these are? I've had the same over the past few weeks and they're not going away... my story is similar too...I've got a clean partner, we had sex - dermatologist says it's a non specific rash but the cream I got (Retin-A) doesn't work. Please help. sad
