Small bumps/pimples/sores on foreskin

Hi there,

I'm a 23 year old male who occassionally engage in sex. 

I had "safe" sex (condom) with a random 3 days ago, and just this evening while showering, I noticed a few small bumps/pimples/sores on the top of my foreskin: 5 on the top, and 2 below.

Is this HERPES?

    Are they painful? Itchy? They do look suspicious. Id get tested.

      Neither painful nor itchy - don't feel anything. I did call the local ID clinic and they said that it might just be "oil glands".

      I had 1 bump similar to those near my clitoris and was told that it was caused by oil glands. If it was herpes it would cause pain and itchiness. Go get them checked though because you have multiple bumps
