small circular white/red spot on penis head

Hello,

Thanks in advance for reading my post. I have been having unprotected sex with a partner for the past 3 months and recently noticed within the last 2-3 weeks a small circular red/white patch of skin on my penis head has developed. I am a healthy, 33, straight male and have an appointment with my GP in 2 weeks but wondering if the forum might have any insight.

The patch is not noticeable unless directly in light and mostly flaccid. If completely erect, it is almost invisible to see with tight skin around the penis head.

Never had any STD/STI or HPV cases in the past as well.

Thanks image

My STI screen came back normal with no positive results. I still have a small, fleshy pink/gray circle like rash. There is no itching, pain, or issues with urnination. Based on research I believe it could be HPV but it does not seem to behave or look like a wart.

Posting update to see if any others might have opinions.
