Small clustered white pimples along my labia and vagina. What could they be?

First it was the one on top,now it appears bigger and three more have grown. I also noticed some of the pimples in my inner labia minora,at the bottom going to my vagina. I'm sexually active and my parents don't know,so I went to a public clinic because its free. I told the doctor I suspected HPV and was concerned and she simply told me to avoid Google then prescribed clotrimazole. No physical check up!

Day 2 of using the clotrimazole cream I think the ones at the vagina are reducing and discolouring from whitish to normal, but the ones by labia look bigger to me.

Do you guys think its HPV, i also read about fordyce spots but im not too sure.

Thank you so much for confirming.

Ugh I'm so sad rn I just wish it was one of those diseases that just need anti biotics and not a permanent one.

So what do I do now? is there any point in returning to the doctor if theres no cure

    UPDATE!!

MY WARTS HAVE CLEARED COMPLETELY. I WAS EATING A TABLE SPOON OF GARLIC,GINGER AND HONEY AT LEAST ONCE A DAY TO HELP BOOST MY IMMUNE SYSTEM. AND SPRAYING A GARLIC SOLUTION I MADE FROM CRASHED GARLIC AND SALINE THE FIRST MONTH, EVERY NIGHT. ALTHOUGH I THINK WHAT REALLY DID THE TRICK WAS THE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR I APPLIED EVERY TWO DAYS IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF THEIR PRESENCE. I NOTICED A COMPLETE DISAPPEARANCE ON SEPTEMBER 22 BUT WAS WAITING BEFORE I COULD POST.

MY BOYFRIEND ALSO DEVELOPED WARTS ON HIS FORESKIN,WHICH HAVE CLEARED TOO. IRONICALLY HE DIDN'T DO ANY OF THE THINGS I WAS DOING,SO I GUESS ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND HEALING.

ALL THE BEST TO EVERYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS,I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU'RE FEELING. AND EVEN IF I KNOW I HAVE HPV AT THE MOMENT,THE LACK OF WARTS EASES THE MIND.
