Small complex cyst with low-level internal echoes

I went to the emergency room with pelvic pain yesterday. This is what the ultrasound report stated. I was just wondering if any knows what this terminology means. The cyst is complex and measures 1.4 x 1.3 x 1.3. I have been having chronic pelvic pain for quite a while now. My urine wbc is also very high, but no bacteria present. Any information would be very helpful. I am really worried about it as I don't currently have any insurance.

I did find out today that my complex cyst means it's comprised of fluid and tissue, it has membrane walls and such.  It could be multiple cysts that have grown into one.  I suspect the measurements are in cm, because that seems standard.  Mine is so big I have to have open surgery to remove it.  But your's doesn't seem to big they might have better options for you.
