Small dent/micro-hole on penis. Is it dangerous?

So I'm starting to panic. I have this small hole-like darkish spot on the lower part of my penis. I did have a pimple on that spot a very long time ago and i used to mess with it a bit. I have this spot for like 2 or 3 years. I didn't pay much attention since I'm not very sexually active and it never spread to any other area. Can someone detect what it is? Is it any kind of a disease?

p.s. as for the white spots that appear on the photo dermatologist said they are normal sebaceous glands. (That visit was obviously before the dark spot)image
