Small dots and weird spot

Hi all,

I need just some peace of mind. I ask already for an medical appointment, just want to now if somebody kno what is this small dots in my lips and this weird spot on the gland of my penis. I didn't sexually engaged with anyone beyond my girlfriend if anything is regarding the frequent travels to africa because i work a lot there. Thanks for helping.

    There's no need to speculate. It's obvious in the pictures that you have some rash-like appearance on your upper lip and on your glans. Might be random systemic rashes that don't necessarily suggest an infection. But it could also be a minor and treatable condition. Therefore, I suggest you having it checked out.

    Hi, is it peeling or can you feel something in your upper lip, like you know it’s irritated? Is it spreading on your penis? I hope you see a doctor or go straight to the ER so that whatever it is, it doesn’t spread love. Hopefully it’s a mild irritation. I see all the small dots on your lips though

      Hi. Is not irritated. More like dry if i was dehydrated. No is not spreading to my penis. Fortunatly. Has somebody sugested it can be fordyce spots on my upper lip. And the other thing might be caused by friction... nevertheless i have an appoitment and any doubts will be cleared. Thank you

    On the lip it looks like fordyce spots which are completely harmless and not contagious. They will go away on there own so lubricate them. Question, is it only on your upper lip and does it dry up fast?

    On the second issue, it looks like friction which led to irritation. You might be experiencing climate change that you are not used to or a change of soaps you use to clean clothes which could be the trigger. First try isolating the issue by using new undies like briefs which will stabilize movement (avoid center stitching and use all cotton) then if that doesn’t work after a few days, try changing soap for washing clothing and lastly switch body wash to dove to be milky kind.

      Thank you very much for pointing the right direction. Really appreciated. I will keep updating as soon i get my medical appoitment with a dermatologist. Regards

    You may want a topical cream like scrotum polish that helps with rashes

    Thanks all of you guys. Really appreciated. A quick look on google it really seems fordyce spots. Yes it is only on the upper lip and yes it dries up fast. Like if i was dehydrated. Reagarding the penis strange spot. I have been monitoring. It hasnt been growing or changing color or anything like that i will do as per recommended. Thank you guys
