Small fibre neuropathy or something else

Could anyone with small fibre neuropathy tell me if this sounds familiar as i am trying to work out what specialist to see. My GP is useless and so i think i need to have a consultation privately but dont have funds to see a neurologist, a dermatologist and an allergist which is all i can think to narrow it down to.
Itchy prickly feeling all over my body, sometimes like being bitten by a small insect. other times like the skin is just burning like being stretched really tight.
Feeling of things crawling on me or stray phantom hairs tickling me.
tingling but a prickly tingling especially on lips.
when i say all over i mean all over, my scalp is the worst i would say but i get it on my eyelids, in my mouth, tongue, down my throat and of course all areas of skin.
it was better during the summer which made me think possibly an allergy but antihistamines dont work and i dont know if sfn is affected by colder weather to.
sometimes its like i can feel grit/sand on me, like when your hand have been in water too long and you can feel they feel wrinkled without looking at them.
ive tried various different hypoallergenic shower gels, changed my shampoos so many times and various other things. im at a loss to what this is. i do possibly have sjogrens which can cause sfn but i dont know.

Have you tried an elimination diet? Also cut out caffeine and take Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex daily, focus on getting good restful sleep at least 7-8 hrs a night. Studies now show that sleep apnea in women is likely underestimated and undertreated, if you snore then get tested.
The symptoms you describe are benign and usually related to hyperactive nervous system.

sounds like I got exactly what you got on anti histames too but I don't think they work either it's called cannot spell the word basically your clothes feel very rough on the body it's to do with the nerve receptors in your body skin mainly too much histamine in the blood feels like your on fire some night it is affected by the cold
