Small, firm white bump under penis head

This little bump has been here for some time now, unsure quite how long but a few months probably, it's never caused me any issue so I ignored it but it's not gone away. It's fairly firm, bot really painful but perhaps a bit sensitive. I'm not sexually active, never have been, and I'm unsure of what this may be as I haven't seen anything like it online.

Can you get a clearer photo / image of this - try pointing the camera lens directly at it and experiment with different close ups until you get a nice clear image of it.
As you have no sex concerns that rules out the usual suspects as to what this might be, that is why a clear close-up is necessary.
Can you state you age? Do you have skin issues anywhere on your body? Are you taking any strong medication for a severe health condition?

If you had been sexually active I would have taken the cautious approach and suggested you get this medically checked,
As sexual transmission is not an issue for you this is most likely to be either a Tysons Gland or more likely a Parafrenular Gland.
From the photo I think you can see some very smaller Parafrenular Glands leading down to your actual frenulum.
However, what it looks like you have is some rather distressed skin around your meatus (your pee hole).
Can you confirm whether these look like dead or dried skin cells or has the skin a layer of white skin cells on top of the different coloured skin surrounding the white area?

Thanks for the information, do any of those glands ever grow or pose any issues in the future? Also, the skin you are talking about looks normal and has been that way since birth I believe, least as long as I can remember, don't know why just been that way.

The Glands can increase in size and you may get more appearing - the only way they would cause issues is if you scratched the top off one. Best leave them alone - wash your penis with water only, use a clean dry towel to carefully pat the head area of your penis dry ....
