Small flakes in my stool. Any ideas?

For the past month whenever I go to the toilet and check my stool or wipe I find these tiny flakes that have came from my stool. I can only presume there is loads of them. They're almost a bit reflective in the light due to being smooth and don't break apart easily. The remind me of the skin from popcorn however I never eat popcorn so it cant be from that.

It makes no difference what I've ate I don't think its skin from fruit or veg or nuts. This may have been gong on for a lot longer but I only noticed about a month ago and now its on my mind whenever I see it. I have tried eating a variety of different things however they still show up.

What's everyone's thought on this? I am experiencing no other issues related to this (doesn't hurt to poop, no pain, no weight loss, no loss of appetite).image
