Small fleshy bump just appeared next to urethra and flat red mark

for context; im only 22 ive never had sex and i have PCOS.

for the past... .6 months i think? ive been getting fissures on my vulva... did i go to the doctors? no. but i know that low estrogen can cause them along with the extreme dryness.. so i just assumed that me losing weight to treat my condition might help. but NOW im worried. last month i had a very bad sudden tear after getting off the toilet. where the skin right next to, attached to my vaginal opening fissured. leaving a flat red mark that i still have ( it isnt painful and it doesnt bleed) which im now paranoid is something bad. image

and today i noticed i have a small fleshy bump next to the entrance of my urethra. it MAY just be irritation cause i did masturbate whilst being dry which was stupid. image

i have HORRIBLE anxiety surrounding my health which im trying to get sorted rn and im terrified incase i have cancer. as my mum had cancer in her womb lining. i know im going to have to go to the doctors about the fissures. but i dunno what these are!!!!
