Small hiatal hernia

Hello I’m New at this group . 

I’m was diagnose w a small hiatal hernia and today i was doing the lawnmower which is self propel and when i turned the lawn I guess I start having these pain below the esophagus and the top of stomach . I’m not sure I aggravate it . Please help

    Bless your heart, Eliaimee. I too have a hiatal hernia but I have never had your experience. Some of these are called 

    “ sliding hernias” which describes clearly what some of them actually do. So you could have indeed aggravated your hernia. Next time you see your Dr you might want to ask him if yours is a sliding hernia.

      Yes I’m gonna look at the results of it.  Yes I did went the doctor and she make sure I did t bulges on my groin and on top of stomach. I know I did aggravated the top of stomach and the end of the esophagus. But I’m better too I also suffering from pelvic congestion syndrome which is chronic pain. I get confused .

    Hiatal hernia has so many symptoms it's overwhelming...I ve been having good and bad days since my diagnosis. And i m having quite a bad day today. Nausea...diarrhea...back ache ...

    I hope it goes as fast as it came.
