small holes between inner labia, normal or dysplasia ?? I'm scared

is this normal? sometimes it burns when touching, sometimes it doesn't. 6 months ago my gyn sent me to a dysplasia specialist because i hat a pretty bad inflammation right under my clitoris so not the part that i have problems with now, but near it. The specialist said he doesn't thinks its a dysplasia but he also didn't make a biopsy or a Vinegar test which worries me.

So my question is, is this normal i never seen these kind of small holes in any other pictures of vulvas, i dont know but im scared that it could spread into my uterus or something. I'm overthinking so much 😦(

Also if someone has vulvar cancer or dysplasia, is it just getting bigger and worse, or could it also just come and go or be better and worse from time to time ?

i hope someone can help me..
