Small horizontal cut in the urethral meatus

I've had a urinary tract infection for two weeks. I started treatment with the antibiotic Doxycycline. Three days ago I noticed a fissure at the exit of the urethra (meatus), a horizontal cut, which makes urine leak. This is making me sad. Has anyone ever experienced this? Can it be healed? I'm using healing ointment and I'm still taking antibiotics. But this crack bothers me. Maybe it's a yeast infection due to leaking urine. It doesn't bleed, but it burns and itches. Also, my testicle swelled up... I don't know what to do.

The opening of the urethra forms an "L". I won't post a photo because I don't want to look at it. Does it close by itself? my fear is urine infiltration... i read that somewhere. Please someone comfort me, take away this worry or give me some tips...
