i woke up a few days ago and i had a terrible itch down there, i have small bumps on the lips of vagina and it hurts really bad, im only 17 and im scared to tell my parents because they might find out that ive been sexually active, someone please help me

Did you take the test? Because your gynecologist cannot give a correct diagnosis just by visualizing your genital, the exams must also be done ...
If the doctor didn't do any tests, maybe he could be wrong because not everyone knows vestibular papillomatosis
