Small linear skin tag/bump on glans

So about a year ago I developed balantitis that eventually went away, but then this small bump appeared under my foreskin. It does NOT hurt, itch, burn, pop, or crust. Just constantly there and hasn’t changed size or appearance much. Been like this for about three months, and every time my girlfriend and I have sex, it gets a bit more red but then dissipates quickly. I’ve tried anti fungal cream twice a day and washing constantly but nothing seems to get rid of it. I was also tested for all stds including HSV and was negative, but perhaps that’s because my testing window was too short. Thoughts? just really paranoid its genital herpes or a possible fungal infection

it looks like penile penis pearls (PPP) do some research on that and see if any symptoms match if so refer to PPP cream recommend

I only see PPP in the photos. Nothing to worry about if just that. There is creams & freezing treatments if you feel they are unsightly or become rough.

I'm not seeing anything suspicious below.

Maybe add a circle around the area you mean in the photo & hopefully you'll be allowed to post it. Lots of deleted comments unfortunately.
