Small lump/bump on forearm

hey yall new member here making my FIRST POST...I'll start off by saying this. This bump lum p whatever you want to call it probably isn't near as serious as most of the stuff yall prob see. its something that I've wanted to find out exactly what it is for the past 10 years or so. It started off as a small lump or bump under the skin basically clear had no color. it really hasn't grown since the time it popped up. now I have picked at it, picked it off or so I thought but it always comes back and looks exactly the same. I picked it off or whatever tonight tho and I was like im gonna take a few pics and see if I can get an id on this thing. so yeah the pics im posting are what it looks like when I pick the top off. well its the only thing I can actually pick off of it. any help would be appreciated most definitely. thanks 😊

    I'm guessing this appeared after that tattoo was done. Maybe not straightaway. It looks like a reaction to Tattoo ink or something that has entered the site when the skin was pierced.If you can just leave it alone then it may not cause you any problems but if you keep picking at it it may eventually ulcerate or become infected. If it flares or spreads you need urgent professional help from a dermatologist.

    Personally I would get a professional opinion now.
