Small lump on the upper side of left testicle

I [16M] noticed a small lump in my left testicle a few months ago. I thought it will go away by itself but it didn't happen. The lump is of the same size as when I noticed it, it doesn't pain at all, I don't feel that the left testicle is heavier than the right one, there is no swelling or enlargement of testicles. It also stays as it is in the same place and doesn't move.

I work out everyday and I masturbate once every 2-3 days.

I'm not very fat or very thin, by BMI is in the healthy/normal range. (I'm 5'8 and 63kg). I don't drink or smoke or take any kind of drugs at all. I don't have any existing medical issues.

I don't see abnormal color when I pee, it's usually transparent or a bit yellow.

Please tell me if the problem is serious and what should I do.
