Small lump under skin on shaft of penis

I noticed while masturbating that there is a tiny lump on my shaft under the skin, it feels hard like a tiny bead. It is much more noticeable while i am erect and usually noticed it easily when i masturbate (it feels bigger when i am erect). I also think I feel it get bigger when I am closer to ejaculation. When flaccid I can still feel like a little clot if i push down on that spot but sometimes i don't feel anything there at all. You can't see it but can only feel it since it does not protrude the skin. I went to a doctor but he couldn't feel anything (it's really hard to feel it when flaccid so it made it difficult for him to notice it). Anyone have any clue what it is? any help is greatly appreciated 😃

pictures won't help, you can't see it since it doesn't protrude the skin. It can only be felt, can't be seen unfortunately which makes it harder to figure out what it is

yes mine does too, feels more like a clot of some sort instead of a lump. cant quite find anything online that describes what that could be

i have the exact same thing - its been there on and off for around a month and a bit. i went to the doctors who said it was unlikely to be cancer (penile cancer tends to be on the glands, and come with other symptoms). My GP said it felt like fiberous tissue that could be a cyst or a lymphocele - they were going to refer me to urology but the clinic rejected it as it seemed inconsequential. When I later spoke to the GP they only wanted to have a scan to rule out Peyronie's Disease, but again, this comes with other symptoms none of which i have, just the aforementioned bead.
From my own Googling I think its just a lymphocele or similar, that will go with time, just need to rest the old chap, which is harder said than done.
As is always the case with these things, see your GP for peace of mind.
