This isn't a disease, just your natural skin.

Where about are you in the world dude? I have kind of been in your situation man. I have bumps on my glands but not all over the head of my penis. The doctor called it Pearly penile papules, which granted are harmless... however when it comes to self confidence it’s devastating. I save £900 and had then removed via radiosurgery at a skin clinic. I can’t say that we had the same problem but the radiosurgry worked! It’s a painless no invasive method and I was sorted after 3 weeks recovery. However my problem is I tried to remove them myself over the years so although I got rid of one problem I started another by self treating, I have cause scar tissue etc so whatever you do do not try to pick them off or use cream that have certain acids in them.

As I’m not a Dr I can’t tell you what will be successful in trying nor can I tell whether its perfectly safe to try things at home obviously as I don’t know what the name your GP has give your condition. Google foredyce spot and see if that resembles your condition, if so google Anti-sebum, this is a treatment that can potentially help, but that’s if you bumps are cause by the same problem. I would try anything drastic though buddy. Better seeing a dermatologist. Like I said my treatment cost £900 and it took half an hour and painless. The skin doctors have seen many a penis with all sorts of bumps and feature so don’t build up embarrassement of showing professionals! I tried using ’3pgel’, if google that and see what the benefits of using that are and if you think it may help try it.
