Small Patella syndrome

I've been diagnosed a a really rare disorder of the knee. It manifests as a small patella with lack of odevelopment in the pelvis and feet. Im looking for support and tips as I plan to run the Paris marathon in April.

      Naming my knees is a great idea! Giving them a personality will help my motivation. What about Barry and Paul (Chuckle) or knobby and Nigel?

      Hello, yep def Barry& Paul ( to me to you!) lol. Who wouldn't go far with Chuckle Brothers knees.

      Thanks for all the support, think I need everything I can get! The training is starting in earnest, hopefully I can fix my knee problems, it's going to be a long road But I know that I'll get there in the end!

    you might consider wearing a

    Safe-T-Sport knee brace from Amazon.

    It is specifically designed to accommodate the patella with padding around the knee cap and an opening above the knee cap. You can cinch it with the Velcro straps top and bottom
