Small rash showed up 2 days ago. PLEASE give opinion.

Sorry for the zoomed picture but this rash appeared 2 nights ago. About a night or two after shaving. I also noticed I got a rash in other places I shaved with this same older razor. Does this look like it could be caused by that or something worse? It does not itch unless I itch it and i do have slight lower stomach pain but that only started after I noticed the rash and i think it may be due to stressing myself out . Opinions!
