I noticed this small red bump near my urethra a week ago. No pain or itch. I noticed it one day after i visited a massage parlor where i received a handjob. After the visit she used a wet wipe to wipe my penis and i only had a shower to shower several hours later. I masturbated several times that day and week too. But i'm still a little worried seeing the bump is still there now. Anyone with advice?

It is unlikely to be linked to your massage parlour visit if you did not have penetrative sex. It is more likely you have been masturbating too much, so try to abstain from any masturbation for as long as you can. A week would be good, 2 or 3 weeks even better.

Perhaps you may benefit from learning about ways of pleasuring your penis without the need to make yourself ejaculate - such as using the stimulation of self-massage. It is about self-control - you have to say to yourself " I do not need to make myself ejaculate today and seeing how many days you can do this for.

If you change your masturbatory behavoiurs for a few weeks the bump may begin to subside ....

Thanks for the advice. i visited the doctor and he told me it looks like an abrasion and prescribed me a cream to apply. I'll observe the progress and hopefully it gets better coz its definitely making me feel worried.

Since when you are noticing the area around your meatus to be dark?

Do you often clean your penis after masturbation?

Then it's normal or may be an abrasion.

It will be fine. Just keep it dry.
