Small red colored skin level dots at the location of every hair follicle across my body.

Hi,
A few years ago, I spent the night with a new partner in a new environment (her place). Woke up & noticed my whole body was covered with red small dots.
At closer inspection I could see that those red dots were at the location of every hair follicle on my body.
- Dots were narrow (none were wide enough to collide with each other);
- Hair follicle in the middle of every circle;
- Circles outside edge didn't fade out but ended abruptly with the same red color tone;
- Skin level (couldn't feel any difference when sliding my fingers across those dots, skin was as smooth as usual);
- Color was stronger around my stomach area;
- Red dots faded within 2 days;
It felt like someone had made little dots everywhere with a narrow red felt-tip pen.
Wasn't bright enough to take pictures or seek help at the time (was abroad - UK).
After that my skin has been itchy almost every day. Some days are worse than others.
The most common areas that itch are - back of the head, outside of the forearms, outside of the hips (problem most common here), legs, ankles. Less common, but quite a strong reaction can be sometimes felt at scrotum & on top of foot.
Hot water seems to take the itching away for a few hours.
Pimple issues are now a lot more common too.
After that encounter, my health has been poor (low on energy), intestine issues, nausea, bladder problems, low sex drive, high tolerance to pain, food tastes bland, body doesn't notify me of hunger or thirst.
Have taken lots of tests, checked for STDs first & by now done that multiple times. Nothing has come up.
By now I've learned to ignore that itch. But after all those years I think my body is under a lot of stress & it seems to get worse. Which is gonna end up affecting my mental health & the decisions I make. It feels like the body hasn't rested for years, by that I mean truly rested. Sleeps don't taste sweet any more.
Does anyone know what happened to me? Why my body reacted like that? And to what?
Any professional hypothesis is welcome so I could get it check out.
Regards,
Allan
